IMPORTANT TO KNOW!!
Before acquiring your Savannah kitten:
The authorities do not always consider the Savannah cat as a “domestic” status cat… Check with your country about detention and restrictions. France is not restrictive for detention purposes, as individuals.
Our Savannah kittens are all declared to TICA and some to LOOF, when the generation allows it.
We sterilize some kittens before departure, for the sake of their well-being. We study each case according to the future buyer and his acquisition projects.
NOTE: Our conditions of sale are not meant to be drastic, but they allow a healthy relationship between the breeder and the buyer. We want our kittens to have a happy life in love, respect and animal well-being.
> From a health point of view:
The sale of our Savannah kittens will be accompanied by a European passport including:
Typhus coryza and rabies vaccines.
Negative FIV (cat acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) and FELV (feline leukosis) tests.
Results of genetic disease tests such as: PRA (progressive retinal atrophy) and PKdef (pyruvate kinase deficiency).
A certificate of good health.
An electronic identification (micro-chip).
An advice sheet for the care of your kitten and its eating habits.
NEW: FILIATION
The future owner is assured of the legal origins of the kitten thanks to a DNA filiation test, carried out by the veterinarian on a kitten identified by electronic chip
We will therefore give you a certificate, issued by the laboratory attesting that the kitten is indeed from the DNA of its already known parents (serval or Savannah).
THE OPTION:
The option for a Savannah kitten does not commit you financially.
It allows us to know your interest and we give priority to people who leave an option.
Only the reservation brings the security of the purchase of the kitten.
> Reservation:
To reserve a savannah kitten, we claim an amount of 25% of the final value of your future companion.
in exchange :
– you have a copy of the reservation contract.
-Upon receipt of your reservation contract, we regularly send photos and videos of your little Savannah, either by email or by text message. You will be able to follow its growth.
Special cases :
We respect our commitments. If we judge that the kitten encounters a problem, or does not correspond to your expectations, we make the decision not to give it to you. we will then refund your entire deposit.
In the event of withdrawal by the buyer, the deposit is not refundable, except for serious reasons, at our discretion.
We also give you the possibility of transferring your deposit to another kitten born or to be born.
In conclusion, the reservation is a commitment, so think carefully!!
The Contract – the Warranties:
In order to avoid any dispute, your purchase is secured by a sales contract, signed by both parties.
This contract will stipulate:
The legal obligations of sale.
Your commitments to the welfare and living conditions of the kitten.
Condition of acquisition (breeding or company).
An advice sheet on the care of your kitten (food, education).
> Delivery:
We prefer to have contact with the new owner, in everyone’s interest, the kitten is hand delivered.
The delivery of the kitten is however possible but then, All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer and paid before departure.
If a CITES permit is required to export your kitten outside European borders, contact us.
a CITES permit is a necessary document for the export of the animal outside the European Union (for generations close to the F1, F2, F3 serval). as the cites permit takes a long time to obtain, do not hesitate to contact us soon enough.
> Prices:
We set the price, depending on the generation of your Savannah. the amount is variable according to the quality and the assignment of your kitten, which can be sold for the company or as a breeding cat.
